Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge and respect the traditional custodians of the lands and waters across Australia. We acknowledge the deep feelings of attachment and relationship of Aboriginal people to Country. We also pay respects to the cultural authority of Aboriginal people from across Australia.

Statement of acknowledgement (for gatherings held within the Kaurna region)
We acknowledge this land that we meet on today is the traditional lands for Kaurna [pronounced ‘garna’] people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today. We also pay respects to the cultural authority of Aboriginal people visiting/attending from other areas of South Australia/Australia present here.

Sushi Special Lunch

On Friday 12 April 2024, the canteen will be hosting a special sushi lunch day. Lunch must be pre-ordered via Qkr! and will be sent to classroom on the day.
